We went to Hollywood (which we have done before) But this time at night (we haven't done this because we have had more sense than that) like....10:30 at night.
If you have ever driven with two ranch girls/cowboys/fashion-lovers/sisters heading into the big city when the little sister is driving, you will know that this is a life or death experience for the driving alone. However, add the fact that we know some guy got killed in the bathroom at the place we're heading to a few years back, or that neither of us is able to be armed at this deal and it makes it more interesting.
After a few shrill screams from Liz, one "OOPS that was a trucker" from myself and one quick stop to In-N-Out later, we arrived in one piece (amazingly enough) at the Viper Room. A black, slightly foreboding looking establishment with a rather menacing looking bodyguard positioned outside the door welcomed two extremely excited and slightly giddy blonde sisters with open arms.
The experience for myself alone of seeing another artist perform LIVE when I don't have anything to do is amazing to me. It's a total thrill, and I have to say that when Neil Young said "Live music is better, bumper stickers should be issued" he wasn't kidding!
The star of the night was Caroline Vreeland, a tiny blonde dressed all in black, rocking some serious heels-a power packed voice and a lovely spirit. She and her band rocked the house, and I can't wait for the next time she is playing close by....Liz and I will definitely be there!
Thanks for being kind to two Buckaroo Barbie's Hollywood....until we meet again! ;)
Elizabeth: H&M jeans, Calvin Klein Shirt, Michael Kors Heels, boutique leather jacket.
Adrian: Baby Phat jeans, Prada heels, Target leather top.
Caroline Vreeland....eek!
Got to meet two lovely ladies from Australia, who make up a duo "Miss Gray"...so sweet!
An...interesting shirt spotted at the bar....
Elizabeth and Caroline....what a lovely lady and incredible singer!

Haha, what fun! I would've been a little scared, but the excitement definitely would've won out. I've never been to LA (just the airport), and can you imagine I can't get anyone to go with me?!
