It Works!

Hey everyone! 

Ok so I don't normally do stuff like this, but I thought I'd let you all know why there is a new LINK on the blog. It's called It Works and Health, and it's just a link to my new fun "thing" I've discovered that's helping me stay in shape on the road...

I have to say, I can’t believe I am actually saying this…DOING this, SHOWING this...but I am!

Because It actually Works!

Since I spend so much time on the road traveling to concerts and shows, events and rodeos, performances and recording/writing sessions, I realized my health and weight really started to both go downhill.

It was so easy to eat poorly, and see the effects of that while on the road, and because I am always on the move between running a full time business and school-I never thought I’d have the time to get my “slim-curvy” figure back…instead of JUST curvy!

Then I tried these “crazy wrap things”…and it’s changed everything! Now, I feel more confident when I step up on that stage, dress for events and play my music for the world.

Stress, lots of time wearing tight cowboy hats and nutrition missing from my diet caused my long blonde hair to start breaking off and simply, QUIT growing!
