So after my last tutorial I got a bunch of requests for an EYEBROW how-to, here is a short little guide on how I do my brows!
I am NOT claiming to know what I'm doing...this is just HOW I do it, and if it helps you at all then I'm so glad!

Elf Eyebrow kit
NYC Eye Kit (Ivory cream and white used for under brow)
