Springtime means branding...

I honestly forgot to share some of the awesome pictures my mum took at a branding with some awesome friends here in CA, John and Katie Dennis...

We had such a fantastic time and choked lots of calves, gave the new blue pony a good work-out, and met some great new folks.

The country around here is so gorgeous, even though I constantly miss the high desert I have come to love California in a way I never expected to. I appreciate the different kind of beauty that is here and look forward to the crazy green stuff that pops up in the wintertime. (AKA Grass!)
