An opinion....

I got asked about my opinion on something this morning that got me to thinking. 
So I decided to outline it. You wanna know what I really think?

The world needs less Kim Kardashian and more 4H and FFA.

Less 10 year old girls in make-up and more parent-kid teams working side by side at rewarding hard jobs based in dedication and stick-to-it'ness.

More home cooked meals and talk around a table and less video games and fast food.

More chores and responsibility and less "I need, I want" and right NOW".

Less "gun-control" and more gun safety. 

Less worry about what is fashionable and "hip" and more living how you believe is right...whether that is in a cow camp, out of a rigging bag or in a single-wide 100 miles from the nearest town. 

Less reading trash and more Will James.

Less debt and more appreciating the simple good things we already have.

More prayer, the National Anthem and good old fashioned family time.

I believe in God, guns, hard work and family. Good horses, home cooked food and music with soul. Big open country, true love-the lasting kind, kerosene lamps and taking a moment to admire the view.

This is what I believe in.
